F.I.T. Focus provides services based on your individual needs and/or your family's needs. We'll take a look at your likes and dislikes, abilities, lifestyle, your goals and customize a plan based on that. You will receive a manual packed full of nutrition tips, exercise tips, exercise options for each person in the family, recipes, and much much more. No more guessing what to do on a rainy day, or what can I make for supper tonight. Nutrition plans will include foods you enjoy, that are quick and easy to prepare, and will benefit your overall health.

No equipment? No problem! I come fully equipped for a heart pounding workout.
- Studio personal training sessions
If you prefer a studio workout atmosphere, I have a fully equipped, private studio located at 6817 James St. in London Ontario.
- Partner or group personal training sessions
Group sessions are a great way to get personalized attention for a fraction of the cost.
- Nutrition programs and counseling
A personalized menu plan designed around your lifestyle and your needs. The biggest component of each nutrition program is the continuous counseling to keep you on track. The nutrition program can be completed on line, so if you live out of the city or are short on time, you can still fully benefit from this program.

Plyometrics, flexibility training, and weight training are great ways to improve your performance and enjoy your game that much more.
