I invested well over a year in one of the “big box” gyms as a way to tackle my fluctuating weight and it was only after I was sidelined with a training injury that I decided it was time to get serious about making my personal health and wellness a priority.  Lynette took the time up front to really appreciate what I wanted to accomplish and to understand the demands of both my personal and professional schedule.  Lynette provided me with an overall plan – resistance training with her, a personalized nutrition plan and a cardio plan to follow on my off training days. Most importantly she holds me accountable, does not accept excuses, inspires and encourages me to take it to that next level and celebrates with me when I do. When I know I have a particularly challenging week ahead we spend time during our session with an “eating and working out” strategy. My health and wellness is where I never thought it would be thanks to Lynette.
